Heights Water accepts check, cash, or money order by mail or in person. Heights also accepts credit and debit card payments through a web portal. A link to the web portal is on our Home page. Automatic payment by ACH is available beginning in December 2018. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for an ACH authorization form.

Heights Water bills can be delivered to you via postal mail, email, or both. If you wish to receive your bi-monthly water bill by email, please call our office at 206-463-0014 or email us at Info@heightswater.org.
TROUBLE PAYING YOUR BILL?
If you are unable to pay your entire bill by the due date (last day of billing month), please call the Heights Water business office at 206-463-0014 to discuss arrangements. Office hours are weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For late fee information, please see our fee schedule on the "Rates" page.
Payments made online through our web portal will generally be posted to your account within 24 hours. Payments made online through your bank's bill payment service take much longer. Because your bank cuts a check and mails it to Heights Water, your payment takes at least one week to reach our office. Since payments are due by the last day of the billing month, Heights Water recommends that you schedule your payment no later than the 20th of the billing month.
