Trouble Paying Your Bill?
If you are unable to pay your entire bill by the due date (last day of billing month), please call the Heights Water business office at 206-463-0014 to discuss arrangements. Office hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For late fee information, please see our fee schedule on the "Rates" page.
Important Information About On-line Payments Through Your Bank
Payments made on-line through your bank account are not as fast as you may think. Because your bank cuts a check and mails it to Heights Water, your payment takes at least one week to reach our office. Since payments are due by the last day of the billing month, Heights Water recommends that you schedule your payment no later than the 20th of the billing month.
Ebilling
Heights Water bills can now be delivered to you via email. If you wish to receive your bi-monthly water bill on your computer instead of by postal delivery, please call our office at 206-463-0014 or email us at Info@heightswater.org. Be sure to include your email address!
